    We are looking for a passionate Phlebotomist to join our dynamic team. In this mobile position, you will play a crucial role in helping patients identify health conditions and maintain their well-being by collecting blood samples. As these patients already have their kits ready, reliable transportation is essential.

    Job Highlights:

    You will be compensated per successful blood draw, offering a pay range of $30-$40 per patient, based on your experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prioritize sample collection requests based on urgency
    • Gather patients' personal information
    • Assess the appropriate venipuncture method for each patient
    • Provide comfort and reassurance to patients during the collection process
    • Utilize sterilized needles, vials, and equipment for blood draws
    • Ensure accurate labeling of samples before sending them for testing
    • Adhere to protocols ensuring that no needles are sent back with blood samples

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as a Phlebotomist or Phlebotomy Technician
    • Certification in Phlebotomy is preferred
    • Strong understanding of patient identification best practices
    • Familiarity with legal requirements regarding blood draws and fluid samples
