Job summary
The Evening Coordinator supports the daily operations planning and scheduling of the Cornerstone Evening Weekend Program This role fosters a community center environment that is inclusive welcoming and responsive to the needs of children youth and families- Foster a welcoming inclusive and safe community center environment for all participants
- Coordinate recruitment outreach engagement of high school youth adult Cornerstone participants
- Create implement support age-appropriate youth adult activities aligned with Cornerstone program goals
- Provide on-site crisis intervention de-escalation support when the program is in operation
- Attend represent the program at community tenant association board meetings to strengthen community partnerships
Youth development skills
- Create implement manage Youth Council advisory board meetings to promote youth voice leadership development
Assist in facilitating ongoing staff trainings meetings to promote professional growth program alignmentPARTICIPATION
FACILITATE AND MANAGE YOUTH COUNCIL AND ADVISORY BOARD MEETINGS TO PROMOTE YOUTH VOICE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
