We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Field Claims Adjuster.

As a Field Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for managing insurance claims from inception to resolution. This includes planning and organizing daily workload, investigating insurance claims through interviews and witness statements, handling property claims involving damage to buildings, structures, contents, and property damage, conducting thorough property damage assessments and verifying coverage, evaluating damages for appropriate settlement, negotiating settlements, and uploading reports, photos, and documents using specialized software systems.

You must possess strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and claims management systems. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively are also essential requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in insurance claims or related fields is a plus but not required.
