    We seek a driven individual with a personal calling for serving people who desires to positively impact their community. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with others and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed. This person has passion for delivering top-notch customer service daily while adhering to quality standards.
    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple accounts across various regions under our established policies and procedures as well as federal/state regulations. They must perform routine tasks efficiently without requiring direct supervision on most occasions including lifting no more than fifty pounds at any time during work hours since ergonomics remains crucial here too!

    District Manager-In-Training(DMT) Program :

    The DMT program offers you a hands-on learning experience coupled computer-based training lasting approximately sixteen weeks total overview covered by following sections:
