What's the Job?

• Lead the mechanical design process from initial concept through project completion, ensuring designs meet all specifications and standards.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and develop detailed design documentation.
  
• Design and develop complex conveyor and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) systems to optimize industrial processes.
  
• Perform mechanical analyses and simulations to validate design performance, reliability, and safety.
  
• Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or a related STEM discipline.
  
• At least 1 year of experience in mechanical design and development, preferably in industrial automation or conveyor systems.
  
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and mechanical analysis tools such as FEA or motion analysis software.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards related to mechanical design.

• Liderar el proceso de diseño mecánico desde la idea inicial hasta la finalización del proyecto, asegurando que los diseños cumplan con todas las especificaciones y estándares.

¿Qué se necesita?

• Licenciatura en ingeniería, tecnología o disciplina STEM relacionada.
  
• Al menos 1 año de experiencia en diseño y desarrollo mecánico, preferiblemente en automatización industrial o sistemas de transportadores.
  
• Dominio de AutoCAD y herramientas de análisis mecánico como FEA o software de análisis de movimiento.
  
• Fuertes habilidades analíticas, de resolución de problemas y comunicación.
