Our work depends on a CPE Engineer joining our team to analyze design, develop, implement, and support code, working under limited supervision.
Job Description:
Provides subject matter expertise on CENTCOM's Collaborative Partner Environment (CPE) and data-centric mission partner networking in general.
Also provides subject matter expertise on data-centric concepts, Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC), and Identity, Credentialing, and Access Management (ICAM).
This includes the development and maintenance of CPE architecture across all mission networks.Directs site surveys, and develops architecture and plans for the deployment, installation, and expansion of CPE based on CENTCOM mission priorities.
In coordination with command stakeholders, identifies, plans, installs, and maintains mission command applications and capabilities on CPE required to support CENTCOM activities.
Provides recommendations and technical input on JCIDS documents.Analyzes USCENTCOM architectures, Warfighting, Business, Enterprise Information Environment (EIE) processes, and existing enterprise IT to identify and recommend architectural, IT, or process solutions.
Identifies future technology and Joint Force capabilities and potential architectural and capability impacts for USCENTCOM and provides recommendations regarding the CCJ6 Strategic Architectures Line of Effort organization and functions.
Understands and uses the DoDAF Meta-model Ontology, and participates in all EA conferences and architecture working groups.Develops and maintains effective working relationships with the USCENTCOM staff and counterparts at the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (OASD) Networks and Information Integration (NII), JS, Components, JTF's host-nations, coalition, and other agencies.
Develops the CPN elements of the USCENTCOM Enterprise Architecture (CEA) with encompassing transition plan which guides USCENTCOM transition from the As-Is to the To-Be architecture which is delivered on an annual basis.
Attends DoD, JS, and Combatant Command meetings. Leverages architecture tools and the MS Office Suite to produce EA products, reports, and presentations.GDIT IS YOUR PLACE:
