    HVAC/MEP PROJECT MANAGER

    If you are looking for a place to showcase your talents, be valued for your contributions to the team effort, have a lasting career in construction, be inspired every day, and have fun with your professionals, we are looking for you A high-preforming Mechanical Contractor with a reputation for skill in the industry is seeking an experienced HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction to the finished structure, interfacing with both customers and construction professionals. This company is big on family and offers high bonuses for high performers.

    Qualifications:

    • Construction Management with 5 years of commercial project management, HVAC/MEP experience
    • Contacts in the area that will help with business development
    • Excellent communication skills with multiple levels
    • Excellent organization and time management skills
    • Technology savvy

    Job Summary: Manages all aspects of HVAC/MEP projects, from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project execution while leading a team, or teams, to accomplish specific objectives in a given time frame and with available resources. Responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of control projects. Accountable for assigned projects scope of work schedule, and budget.
