    We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Specialist



    Main Responsibilities of the Job



    • This role offers a unique opportunity as it is fully remote, with flexibility to consider candidates from any location within the United States.

    • The position requires management of claims with complexity involving local and master insurance policies in a Multinational insurance program including mid to high exposure general liability, product liability, some auto liability, including litigation involving bodily injury, property damage, personal injury and advertising injury.

    • The Claims Specialist is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and determining coverage under the insurance policies. The Claims Specialist is also responsible for proactively managing claims and litigation effectively in accordance with our best practices while delivering outstanding customer service. Regular communication will be required on cases across different jurisdictions.

    Detailed Requirements of the Role

    • A degree qualification coupled with at least 6 years experience managing complex general liability & product liability alongwith some auto-liability exposures throughout multiple states or regions (varies based upon requirement) using your own expertise through conducting investigation researches enabling informed decision-making related coverage policy details -providing solutions timely manner ensuring highest standards adherence. Preferably JD Èxtensive business knowledge!
