- Compensation: $36.44 to $58.30 hourly wage based on experience and education
- Retention Bonus: $20,000
- Relocation Assistance: up to $7,500

- Shifts Available:
- Full-time, EXEMPT 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 5x8 hour shifts - No state income tax and no sales tax.

- Multiple schools and youth programs available
- Supports implementation of clinical practices and performance improvement activities.
- Provides ongoing assessment of performance and identifies improvement opportunities.
- Facilitates prioritization of improvement activities.
- Supports development of quality plans with service line owners.
- Oversees performance improvement projects and serves as a resource for assessment of clinical performance.
- Maintains expertise in performance improvement methodologies.

Foundation Health Partners (FHP) is looking for Clinical Performance Assessment and Implementation (CPAI) Specialists to be part of their team.
This role involves assessing performance, prioritizing improvement activities, overseeing projects, and ensuring successful clinical implementations at different facilities.
*Experience in a physician office clinic setting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
Requires Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare field with relevant license/certification or experience.
Minimum 5 years of acute care clinical experience.
Proficiency in statistical analysis, problem-solving, program management, and excellent communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred. Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification is a plus. Experience in process improvement, data management, and analysis preferred.
Additional related education and/or experience is a bonus.
