    Job DescriptionWhat you can expect to be doing:Independently manages a variety of online studiesThoroughly reviews all project specifications with internal Client Service contact at beginning of each projectManages Client Service's expectations with regard to timing and costCoordinates with the following internal departments: Quotation, Scripting, Translation, Sampling, Design and Coding/Data or outside vendors as necessary throughout project lifecycleConducts questionnaire review prior to survey programming and suggests improvements and any potential problemsObtains all materials necessary and advises on format required (including, questionnaire, images, video files, schematics)Notifies Client of any change to timing and/or budget throughout life cycle of project.

    Obtains approval for additional budget when applicableTests programmed survey to ensure it meets specifications of Word document provided by ClientCoordinates pre-test when applicable to test for incidence, response rate, problem areasProvides daily updates with regard to study performance to Client Service using Dimensions reporting tool.

    Creates complex reports in Dimensions to meet Client needsActs as troubleshooter and problem solver throughout life cycle of projectIs quick to identify any issues requiring escalation and act as appropriateEnsures work is delivered with highest level of quality at all timesThis might be the job for you if you have:

    Minimum 2 years supplier-side market research experience with in-depth knowledge of the Internet as a data collection tool, and a strong methodological background.

    Knowledge of all research methods, particularly online research methodsUnderstands sampling methodology, incidence, quotas, and response ratesUnderstands panels, particularly online panelsFamiliarity and understanding of the Dimensions system, particularly in the area of reportingAbility to grasp and understand new technologies quickly (e.g. multi-media)Highly proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientationHighly motivated, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlinesSuperior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of informationCapable of working under minimal supervision with a high level of initiative, energy & enthusiasm for learningAn active listener with demonstrated negotiation and problem solving skillsBachelors Degree or equivalent related experienceWell-developed interpersonal skills are necessary; excellent verbal and written communication skillsIf you don't meet 100% of the requirements, we encourage all who feel they might be a fit for the opportunity to apply.

    We may consider a variety of backgrounds for a particular role and are also committed to considering candidates for available positions throughout our organization, not just the one you're applying toIn accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $60,000to $70,000.

    Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
