- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Provide help desk support and address user tickets in a timely manner.
- Participate in IT projects and collaborate with the team to meet organizational goals.
- Document technical procedures and user guidelines.
- Sufficient IT education, such as relevant college courses or projects; or at least one year of experience in the IT field.
- IT certification preferred (CompTIA or equivalent).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, with availability for overtime work.
- $ $20/hour with opportunities for overtime at 1.5x pay (typically 4-7 OT hours a week)
