Salary:
$160K-$190K + $5K bonus + equityThis is a great opportunity for a Senior Firmware Engineer to join a Series B market leader in the EV Charging space that have raised $60M in funding This company is situated at the intersection of IoT, real estate, mobility and energy.
This role reports to the Lead Firmware Engineer and will develop their OS and application for real time firmware applications to support car charging stations.
Responsibilities:
Develop OS and application for real time firmware applications to support car charging stationsStrong experience in developing firmware application for Linux, Yocto or Android platformsSupporting firmware development on Yocto and ESP32 environments.
Involved in all aspects of firmware security, secure boot, communication encryption.
Creating metrics, dynamic power optimization and remote system health monitoring applications and ways to monitor for problematic issues in the deployed ecosystem.
Requirements :
BSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent8+ years experience in firmware engineering role6+ years experience developing application software for an RTOS running on micro-controllers6+ professional experience in the IoT space.
