Job Title: Oracle R12 Procurement Functional Consultant
Project: Oracle 11i to R12 Upgrade
Location: Burbank CA (Onsite)
Duration: Contract
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle R12 Procurement Functional Consultant to support a full-cycle upgrade from Oracle 11i to R12. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support of the Procurement modules.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead functional activities for Oracle 11i to R12 Procurement upgrade
• Analyze current 11i setup and perform R12 gap assessment
• Configure and implement R12 Procurement modules
• Drive business process re-engineering aligned with R12 best practices
• Conduct CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions
• Prepare functional design documents (BR100, MD50, etc.)
• Support data migration activities
• Work closely with technical team for customizations and integrations
• Provide post-go-live stabilization support
Required Modules Experience
• Oracle Purchasing (PO)
• iProcurement
• Sourcing
• Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM)
• Inventory (integration knowledge)
• Accounts Payable (Procure-to-Pay flow understanding)
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of Oracle EBS functional experience
• Minimum 2+ full lifecycle implementations
• At least 1 successful 11i to R12 upgrade experience
• Strong knowledge of R12 architecture and changes from 11i
• Experience with Multi-Org Access Control (MOAC)
• Strong P2P process knowledge
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
Preferred
• Experience in Manufacturing/Media/Entertainment industry
• Strong stakeholder management skills
