    Description


    The Data Developer will take ownership of building and maintaining reliable datasets that power reporting, analytics, and operational decision making.

    This role combines hands on data engineering with strong analytical thinking, ensuring that leadership and business teams can rely on accurate, well structured data.

    You will work closely with cross functional stakeholders to define metrics, clarify reporting needs, and transform ambiguous business questions into clear dashboards and insights.

    The ideal candidate is detail oriented, execution focused, and comfortable working independently while building scalable data foundations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain accurate, structured datasets for reporting and analytics
    • Partner with stakeholders to define metrics and reporting standards
    • Translate business questions into dashboards and analytical outputs
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems
    • Identify data issues, troubleshoot root causes, and prevent recurrence
    • Improve data models and reporting infrastructure
    • Deliver insights that support faster, smarter business decisions

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in data development, analytics, BI, or data engineering required
    • Strong SQL skills with a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts
    • Experience working with modern data stacks and reporting tools
    • Proven ability to convert business needs into structured data solutions
    • Strong ownership mindset with urgency and follow through
    • Excellent cross functional communication skills
    • High attention to detail with the ability to balance speed and data integrity
    • Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes
