ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Under thesupervision and direction of the Director of Pharmacy/ Pharmacist, performs avariety of technical and clerical duties for the hospital-wide unit dose drugdistribution system and intravenous admixture program.
• Responsible formaintaining confidential reports, entering and retrieving data via computersystem, preparing medications, filling automated medication dispensing systemwith a supply of unit dose medications, procuring, and filling requests forpharmaceutical supplies and delivery of supplies to nursing units.

Qualifications:

• Requires high school graduate (orequivalent).
• Six to twelve months of pharmacyexperience is preferred

LICENSEAND CERTIFICATIONS

• Must be aCertified Pharmacy Technician
