    We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sterile Processing Technician to join our team at NCG Associates.

    As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sterility of medical equipment and instruments.

    Responsibilities Clean, decontaminate, and sterilize medical equipment and instruments following established protocols and guidelines Assemble and package instruments and supplies for sterilization Monitor and test sterilization equipment, ensuring proper functionality and efficacy of sterilization processes Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance Stock and distribute sterile supplies to various departments within the healthcare facility Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper handling and storage of sterile supplies Adhere to infection control, safety, and OSHA regulations and protocols Conduct periodic inventory checks and assist with supply management Participate in the training and orientation of new staff members Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician (CSPDT) or Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sterile Processing Technician Thorough knowledge of sterilization techniques and procedures Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting sterilization equipment Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols BLS certification (Basic Life Support) If you are a dedicated and meticulous professional who is committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sterility, we invite you to join our team at NCG Associates and contribute to the delivery of quality healthcare services.
