Job summary
The Payroll Administrator performs activities necessary to support the bi-weekly payroll processing for the domestic group of employees.The person processes all employee final payments, income withholding orders, and employment verifications. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust's mission, vision, and values.,
- Supports and contributes to the processing of bi-weekly payroll for employees across 48 states.
- Communicates and partners with the Human Resources Department to ensure the integrity and accuracy of payroll data, ,
- Calls garnishment refunds ensuring timely credits are applied to employee accounts
- Provides customer service support by responding inquiries related paychecks time entry procedures navigation within Workday
Processes direct deposit returns stop payment on checks.Performs routine office duties filing payroll-related documents in appropriate personnel file or folders.Work with Accounting team review process escheatment matters.Assists special projects assigned by payrol manager.Keeps current market trends demands.Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
