A FQHC is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located near Yakima, Washington.

The schedule is flexible, but would like a provider to be 40 hours a week. 4/10s can be accommodated. The sites vary, usually 7a no later than 7p. Cred time is 8-12 weeks. The EMR is EPIC. Requirements include active WA license, active DEA, and COVID vaccine.
