    Purpose

    The Bankruptcy Processor prepares and processes Proof of Claim 410A Part 5 Payment Ledgers, Discharge Audit ledgers, Acquisition Audit Ledgers, and Notice of Final Cure Ledgers.

    • Preparation of Proof of Claim payment histories per new BK federal rules effective December 2015
    • Preparation of ledgers for NOFC responses, Discharge, and Acquisition Audit referrals
    • To achieve this, the Processor verifies loan accounting accuracy, follows up with clients for necessary documents and information. Maintains good client relations while being detail-oriented. The role also assists with special projects as needed.
