We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Accountant to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry.

As a Permanent Project Accountant, you will be responsible for managing budgets for multiple commercial projects, handling account payables, managing vendors, and coordinating with clients.

Track project costs, update projections, and prepare reports for executive management.

Project Analysis:
Analyze project financials, maintain project dashboards, and effectively communicate project status to management.

Contract Compliance:
Review and manage change orders, vendor contracts, and schedules to ensure compliance.

Project Management:

Participate in hands-on project management, including coordinating with clients, managing vendors, and tracking milestones to ensure receipt of deliverables.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
3+ years of construction project accounting experience - Prior experience working with a Commercial General Contractor is preferred.
Accounts Payable experience.

Accounting Software:
Textura, Vista, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.
