    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing purchasing strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services for our organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's objectives and budgetary constraints.
    • Identify, evaluate, and select vendors and suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms and maximize value.
    • Manage supplier relationships and conduct performance evaluations to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including department heads and project managers, to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
    • Streamline procurement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
    • Develop and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Track and analyze procurement metrics and KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Lead cross-functional teams and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation in procurement operations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in strategic sourcing and supplier management.
    • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Solid understanding of procurement best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
    • Proficiency in procurement software and tools, such as ERP systems, e-procurement platforms, and supplier management software.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
