    Kavaliro's client, a leading construction firm in Fort Lauderdale, seeks an experienced Marketing Proposal Manager to lead their proposal development efforts.

    This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented marketing professional with a strong background in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the development of compelling proposals and marketing materials to support business development efforts
    • Supervise and mentor a marketing team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines
    • Oversee proposal strategy, content development, and design to align with company branding and client expectations
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, project managers, and technical teams, to gather necessary information for proposals
    • Maintain and enhance proposal templates, marketing collateral, and presentation materials

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
    • ~5+ years of experience in marketing proposal development, specifically within the A/E/C industry
    • Proven experience managing a marketing team
    • Strong expertise in Adobe InDesign and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills
