Job summary:
We are seeking an Executive Relationship Specialist who will be an integral member of our leadership team. In this multifaceted role, you'll balance four main areas of responsibility: administrative support partner relationship management social media coordination personal brand management key responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative and strategic assistance to senior leadership acting as the primary contact for inbound communications collaborating with executives to identify and cultivate high-value channel partners overseeing the scheduling of social media posts ensuring consistent brand messaging researching and recommending opportunities to enhance leadership's public presence monitoring industry trends and competitor activities offering recommendations to strengthen partnerships and brand awareness communicating enforcing new processes rules regulations assisting with visitor reception on in-office days we're looking for someone who is driven organized builds genuine relationships stays proactive enjoys variety operates with integrity embraces growth requirements include a high school diploma associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field experience in an administrative coordination or relationship-focused role organizational aptitude communication proficiency technical skills problem-solving professionalism teamworkJob description
