Your Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you will:

PT Business Management

• Build and maintain a thriving client base.
• Manage your schedule effectively, including client appointments and meetings.
• Market and sell personal training programs through various channels.
• Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products.

Service and Hospitality

• Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts for members.
• Engage with members to enhance their overall club experience.
• Create and coach personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients.
• Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor during your shifts.

Professional Development

• Participate in Continuing Education classes to elevate your knowledge.
• Engage in one-on-one or team meetings with management.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who are:

• Certified in Personal Training or willing to obtain certification through our reimbursement program.
• CPR/AED certified (opportunities available for non-certified applicants).
• Passionate, ambitious, and knowledgeable about fitness.
• Able to work in-person during weekdays and weekends.
• Strong communicators with effective time management skills.
• Proficient in basic computer and technology skills.
• Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful.

Pay Transparency: $39.50-$70 per session; $15.00/hr for non-session work; potential for additional incentive bonuses.
