    Responsibilities


    • Write professional descriptions on all new and pre-owned vehicles and check with factory websites to ensure accuracy in description writing
    • Take photos of all inventory and post them to the website
    • Audit images and descriptions of current inventory
    • Add or update descriptions after vehicles have a completed safety inspection
    • Tag unique vehicles with proper descriptions so they can be pushed to the correct third-party websites
    • Learn, teach, and train proper photography process to associated staff
    • Help dealership excel in the digital marketplace through professional merchandising
    • Aid in resolving inventory discrepancies and provide corrective actions
    • Participate in strategic merchandising sessions
    • Work with marketing to complete merchandising tasks in conjunction with special sales throughout the year
    • Coordinate with marketing department on vehicles to use for special events and sales

    Qualifications


    • Valid driver's license and safe driving record are mandatory
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; bachelor's degree is preferred
    • Sales experience in a showroom or auto dealership setting preferred
    • Exemplary interpersonal, negotiation, time management, and communication skills are essential for meeting customer needs
