We are an 25 person Managed and Cloud Services Provider with clients throughout Texas. We are looking for a IT Support Engineer & Jr System Administrator (MSP) to join our Plano team.

The IT Support Engineer & Jr System Administrator (MSP) will work on a team of 10 ranging from Tier 1 to Tier 3 allowing this person to be constantly exposed to new technologies.

The IT Support Engineer & Jr System Administrator (MSP) will be handling support requests via ConnectWise and Kaseya.

The technologies that the IT Support Engineer & Jr System Administrator (MSP) will be responsible for include, but are not limited to: workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software.

Support, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate customer's networks and in-house servers
Install and integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
O365 Administration
Implement vulnerability testing, threat analyses, and security checks (Security Assessments)
$50,000 – $60,000
