    Job Details We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish) Personal Injury Paralegal to join a plaintiff-focused personal injury practice.

    This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage cases from intake through resolution.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.

    Communicate with clients in English and Spanish to gather information and provide updates.

    Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and documentation.

    Coordinate with insurance companies, medical providers, and courts.

    Qualifications:
    Fluency in Spanish and English.

    Minimum 1 year of experience in plaintiff personal injury law.

    Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.

    Experience with case management software preferred.
