Responsibilities

  • Support a diverse group of users (desktop, laptop tablet) resolve problems in production environments such as Microsoft Adobe Java others.
  • Monitor follow up on assigned incidents/problems/change orders provide targeted support for hardware software issues remotely in person deploy new rebuild computers manage asset information systems.
