The incumbent will work cross-functionally with business operations and business analysts to create and optimize workflow processes. The incumbent will also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing, and fixing bugs.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
:

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/



ORLICENSURE:

• Bachelor's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Computer Linguistics, Mathematics, or related field

AND
Three (3) years of experience in robotics process automation.

OR
Master's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Computer Linguistics, Mathematics, or related field


AND
One (1) years of experience in robotics process automation
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/



ORLICENSURE:

Must also have the following experience (can be gained concurrently with robotics process automation experience):

1. 2 years of experience developing solutions using software development platform such as UIPath
2. 2 years of experience working with UIPath orchestrator
3. 2 years of experience developing wide array of system codes (simple to complex) that follow approved business requirements established with stakeholders and end users
4. 2 years of experience in any of the programming languages:

C/C++, R, Python
5. 2 years of experience with Agile development methodology
6. 1 year of experience developing and consuming APIs
7. 1 year of experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL)

AND

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide guidance with process design.
• Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
• Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, and development tools.
• Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
• Create process and end-user documentation.
• Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes).
• Work with Business Analysts, QA Analysts, Application Analysts, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.
• Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
• Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
• Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as-needed.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
