Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Nursys verification required) – California
RN license preferred
Minimum 1 year of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience
Ability to float between hospital units and work weekends as needed
Completion of all compliance requirements prior to start (Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam, Rhythm Interpretation Screening, Core Competencies Exam, Skills Checklist, Specialty Exam)
Current immunizations and health screenings (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, TB, Varicella, Tdap, Fit Test)
Professional documentation (Driver's License/State ID, Resume, References, Education Verification, Criminal Background Check, Drug Screening)

RN Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Medical Surgical unit
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Float between units to support patient care needs as required
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families
