    The Treasury Management Pricing Specialist provides operational support to bank personnel and customers primarily in programs related to Treasury Management. Includes data entry, research as well as problem solving.

    As a Treasury Management Pricing Specialist, you will:

    • Respond and own resolution to internal pricing inquires needing attention.
    • Be the escalation and subject matter expert to provide consistent and accurate customer service regarding Treasury Management Pricing.
    • Conducts research, audits, and analyzes processes to propose workflow improvements, procedure adjustments and automation opportunities to management.
    • Review Account Analysis system enhancements and communicate to teams and management as needed.
    • Develops, reviews, and maintains process and procedural documentation.
    • Assist in preparation and research pertaining to auditing and monitoring requests from management.
    • Review daily and monthly reports to identify and correct possibly omission issues.
    • Completes special projects.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • 2 years administrative and/or 2 years digital banking experience.
