- Develop CNC programs for mills based on drawings and models
- Analyze drawings, blueprints, and design data in order to calculate correct part
- Monitor output and proper operation of mechanical equipment. Make mechanical
- Interact with computer-based controllers (conversational and G&M code) to enter
- Plan, understand, and interpret drawings, specifications, material, and operating
- Produce and inspect parts against drawings specifications within time allotted;
- Use precision measuring instruments including micrometers and calipers, and
- Inspect parts against blueprints and specifications; ensuring product meets
- Update related paperwork (work orders and in-process inspection sheets) upon
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Basic math and trigonometry skills
- Blueprint with GD&T reading capabilities
- Proficient understanding of G-code and M-code programming
- Strong understanding of CAD systems
- Ability to work tool-kit and make edits when needed
- AS9100 Quality compliance, understanding, and commitment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of experience
- Experience working with three (3) and five (5) axis equipment machining both

Description
Provide programming and machining expertise. Program, set-up, and operate
machinery for the fabrication/production of parts. Maintain quality and safety standards;
keep records; maintain equipment and supplies.
