- Attend daily Pre-Op meetings
- Follow daily schedule provided by Production Leaders
- Perform a range of packaging activities from product entry through product exit from the suite
- Perform bin checks for non-compliant product
- Ensure adequate supplies are loaded into the packaging suite
- Count and prepare product for shipment to Clients
- Ensure appropriate paperwork is completed accurately
- Ensure Work Instructions are followed
- Interact with all employees in a respectful, team-oriented manner
- Abide by and adhere to Employee Manual policies
- High School diploma or equivalent
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficient communication
- Must be able to perform activities with repetitive motions
- Capable of working independently and as a team
- Must be able to wear appropriate PPE
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Normal vision acuity (with or without corrective lenses)
- Ability to identify and distinguish colors
- Ability to lift 10 lbs routinely/often/occasionally
- Ability to crouch, bend, twist, and reach
- Ability to push/pull 25 lbs occasionally
