    Operations Coordinator

    Cleveland/Akron or Beavercreek Area - Ohio

    Horizon Infusions is a network of infusion centers, offering convenient, comfortable, and affordable infusion therapy for patients with chronic conditions. We are looking for a motivated Operations Coordinator who will work closely with the Manager of Site Operations to optimize operational processes and workflows while ensuring that the company is meeting its goals in an efficient and effective manner.

    The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for executing key operational tasks and identifying opportunities to improve the scalability and efficiency of processes. The individual will be critical to ensuring that our centers always deliver an exceptional patient experience while also meeting the operational needs of our clinical team members. The Operations Coordinator will also perform certain patient-facing activities within the centers and over the phone to provide great customer service while meeting operational requirements. Finally, the individual will work closely with the Manager of Site Operations to execute certain process improvement initiatives and manage special projects. The individual must be highly organized, self-driven and a great collaborator with multiple team members from all departments.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform day-to-day operational tasks within multiple centers to ensure operational continuity for our patients and clinical team.
    • Complete onsite patient-facing tasks, including patient check-in, documentation uploads, and appointment scheduling.
    • Participate as a member of the team who answers inbound phone calls from referring providers and patients.
    • Assist the Site Operations Manager in day-to-day coordination of operational tasks across the full network of centers.
    • Coordinate and oversee work done by vendors related to new center installations and ongoing maintenance and operation of existing centers.
    • Review reports that show key performance indicator ("KPIs") related to our operational workflows and identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement.
    • Review current processes for workflow improvements needed to provide quality and assurance within our centers.
    • Manage special projects related to operational initiatives and process improvement opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Travel to centers when a need arises
    • Time management and organization skills
    • Strong initiative to work independently while also collaborating with team members across multiple departments
    • Proficient in Microsoft office
    • 2-3 years of operational experience within a healthcare organization
