Reliable Equipment is a growing company in Warminster, PA that manufactures, sells, and provides tools and equipment to the power utility industry, since 1977 We take pride in being a Veteran-owned business. We are looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable/Clerical Cash Application Clerk.

Duties:
- Run the daily bank reports for both the cash disbursement and operating accounts.
- Cash Receipt Entry Application into Sage 100:
- Checks.
- ACH.
- Wire transfers.
- Research Issues such as short payments, price deductions, Freight issues, etc.
- Responsible for entering all credit cards into the "Converge" system.
- Email invoices with credit card receipts daily.
- Send credit application and/or customer information form to potential customers.
- Ensure that credit applications are completed by mailing trade reference and bank forms out.
- Follow up with phone calls for additional information, additional references, or to expedite application.
- Scan and email all invoices.
- Setting Up New Accounts and Changing Information on Existing Accounts:
- Ensure that state sales tax exemption certificates are received, validated (if state requires) and recorded.
- Ensure that all information is accurate including "bill to" and "ship to" address, contact and credit card information.
- Review taxable sales for invoices over $1,000 & ensuring they are taxable sales.
- Assist in General accounting by processing tax returns for various states when needed.
- Provide Back up support to others in Accounting as needed.
- Run Accounts Receivable Aging Report.
- Assist with Year End: Boxing prior year's information for storage, etc.
- Special projects & other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- At least 2 years Cash Application or related experience.
