    Description


    Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace Technologies (AT) Advanced Electromechanical Solutions (AES) Actuation Systems (AS) product line.

    You will partner with world class engineering's and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Understands the fundamentals of technical leadership, project management and planning including cost, schedule, risks, and milestone development/management and execution
    • Understands the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) execution for projects as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
    • Understands aspects of customer technical communication and relationships
    • Understands the fundamentals of actuation technology
    • Able to develop metric development/reporting
    • Understands technical problem solving and Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) analysis
    • Able to create technical documentation – Test plans, procedures, and reports
    • Able to perform first order analysis of test data results
    • Assess customer requirements documentation
    • Able to support the creation of design validation through build and test execution
    • Learn and support proposal development of estimation of resources and schedule

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
    • Must have 2 or more years of engineering experience
