Garden State Dental is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in East Brunswick, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, team-driven environment that prioritizes quality care, patient comfort, and modern dentistry.

Compensation & Benefits

$53–$56 per hour
Monthly hygiene bonus opportunity

Responsibilities

Provide preventive and therapeutic hygiene services
Perform periodontal assessments and charting
Deliver patient education and oral hygiene instruction
Partner with the doctor and team to support comprehensive treatment planning
Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications

Active New Jersey Dental Hygiene license
Strong communication and patient education skills
Commitment to quality care and team collaboration

Responsibilities

Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

Qualifications

Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in dental Hygiene
License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
