    • Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $21 - $27 / hour . Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
    We are looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior assisted living residents' physical and emotional well-being for our vibrant senior living in Grad Rapids, MN

    This caregiver schedule includes;


    • Casual / On Call. Help fill in for shifts in advance and for last minute needs
    • Requires 3 shifts a month (includes a weekend)
    • Shift differential pay for evenings and nights
    • Cash Out Wages Before Payday with our New Benefit of Early Wage Access

    Responsibilities/Job Description


    • Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
    • Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
    • May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
    • Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff
    • Assists with onboarding of new staff
    Qualifications


    Required Skills:

    • Ability to communicate optimally, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers
    • Ability to work in a team setting and support others
    • Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population
    • CNA certificated if under 18 yrs old

    Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

    • High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course
    • Previous work experience as HHA, CNA, NA, DSP, PCA
