- Develop implement and manage the Branch business plan and operating budget including operating financial sales targets
- Direct all aspects daily operations of the facility to ensure safety efficiency profitability Review analyze progress towards achievement sales forecasts operational goals regular basis initiates action needed Define level service consistent sales volume profit margins Provide staff development training Branch employees Responsible record keeping functions recording sales monies received maintaining inventory records requisitioning supplies accordance projections movement product market area Manage aspects physical resources maintenance repair compliance industry Nutrien Ag Solutions regulations safety standards ensure safe working environment Branch
