- Manage daily Front Office operations efficiently.
- Lead daily meetings to coordinate and communicate effectively with team members.
- Be knowledgeable about all services, offers, and guest activities to provide accurate information promptly.
- Promote and track departmental initiatives to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure proper completion of tasks by front desk agents at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to departmental and hotel policies to guarantee smooth operations.
- Handle stressful situations calmly and maintain a high level of guest care and satisfaction.
- Oversee staffing to meet business demands.
- Maintain guest information confidentiality and interact positively with team members.
- Assist in recruitment, training, and management of team members.
- MUST HAVE:
- 3 years of professional hotel experience.
- Effective communication skills in both verbal and written form.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts.
- Experience using Marriott Systems (MGS).
- Experience using Lightspeed.
- Supervisory experience in a high-volume setting.
- Hospitality experience in a Four Diamond quality organization.
- Experience with Windows, Office, and property management systems.
