    Job Description

    Leadership Role in Patient Care

    This position requires a registered nurse with a strong background in providing high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for using the nursing process to deliver evidence-based care, delegate tasks effectively, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies appropriate for diverse patient populations.
    • Communicate and manage nursing team resources to ensure effective patient care.
    • Evaluate and promote change to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
    • Embody concepts and behaviors that enhance customer satisfaction and employee morale.

    Education and Certification

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A registered nurse diploma or an associate's/bachelor's degree in nursing.
    • A current RN license in the state of practice.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
    • Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification within 30 days of hire.
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
    • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 90 days of hire.

    Physical and Environmental Demands

    This role requires frequent lifting of objects up to 20 pounds and occasional lifting of objects up to 100 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job duties.
