    ***This role is available remotely - a hybrid work setting is only required if you live within a 50 mile radius of the Akron, OH or Dallas, TX office***

    Role

    Serves as the conduit to communicate process, manage projects budgets and analyze operations across the Digital Technology portfolio. This role will be responsible for working with a range of stakeholders from a variety of levels across the organization, including Directors, Delivery Leads, and other business leadership. This role will provide help improve processes, support ongoing planning and contribute to evolving the data analysis capabilities of Digital Technology.

    Responsibilities

  • Provide governance and oversight for all Digital Technology project financials, including, but not limited to, Contracts/Statements of Work, Ongoing Budget Reviews & Reporting and submission of Capital Requests.
  • Participate in budget planning and tracking at a project level and base budget items
  • Manage software & recurring contract renewals, tracking impacts, and overall cost realization
  • Ensure planning cycle and reporting requirement deadlines are met to manage the overall project budget and forecasting for the portfolio
  • Provide data and analysis to drive key business initiatives and effectively analyze overall impact.
  • Collaborate with multiple partners to gather, organize, and prepare required data/information within established timelines.
  • Lead/facilitate cross-team and internal meetings
  • Leading Process improvements for Digital teams with Cost tracking, invoicing, reporting within SAP
  • Collaborate on improvements in actuals tracking and resource/cost forecasting.
  • Partner with delivery and portfolio teams on new initiatives to simplify and automate financial and resource cost tracking
  • Support Director in review and analysis of monthly forecasts, capitalized payroll and other analyses

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree Finance, Management Information Systems or related analytical field
  • 3+ years of business analysis experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. SAP experience desired
  • Extensive knowledge of tools such as Excel, Outlook, etc. Confluence/Jira experience beneficial
  • Must demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and consider alternative approaches when necessary
  • Attention to detail in all things. Neat and organized
  • Time management skills to complete multiple concurrent priorities in a timely manner
  • High level of curiosity
  • Analytical thinker with an ability to conduct research and data analysis
