- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified school bus drivers and other transportation personnel.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, community events, and recruitment fairs.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and open houses to engage potential candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate information and status updates.
- Perform background checks, reference checks, and verification of qualifications and credentials.
