    Job title: Maintenance Custodian

    Description

    Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role as a Maintenance Custodian? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team at our non-denominational Christian Church.

    In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our 38,000 square foot campus, including ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

    This includes establishing and executing periodic and recurring maintenance of the facility, maintaining an inventory of housekeeping and facilities supplies, inspecting all areas on a weekly basis to ensure safety and cleanliness and completing work in a timely manner.

    The ideal candidate will have three years of maintenance and custodial experience, strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
