    Pay Range:
    $64,915 - $103,415

    Note:
    Individuals typically begin between the minimum to middle of the pay range
    Responsible for financial management functions to support the analysis and reporting of budget performance in various company departments. Develops, interprets, and implements complex financial and accounting concepts for forecasting, monitoring and control of the budget.

    May serve as a lead or project team member for projects dealing with financial management , reporting, and process improvement implementation.

    Perform audit tasks for both budgeting/cost allocation. Oversight on completion and accuracy of duties for other financial analysts.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field and four years of general accounting and/or financial audit experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

    Effective oral presentation and written skills.
    Project coordination and documentation skills
    Demonstrated knowledge of financial modeling and analysis skills

    Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; or other word processing, spreadsheet, data management, and presentation application tools.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Responsible for the collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of data for multiple areas. Summarize and prepare recommendations for budget management/cost allocation functions.

    Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following:

    Coordinates with all level of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding budget plans, trend future requirements and operating forecasts, including but not limited to:
    Forecast project "cost to completion" capturing 100% of total cost related to selected projects.
    Reconcile project forecasts in accrual and cash basis accounting on a monthly basis.
    Review and analyze monthly financial performance using basic accounting principles (depreciation, amortization, etc.).
    Develop monthly variances analysis and reports.
    Assist cost center managers with budget and forecast analysis and variance.
    Prepare, reconcile, and maintain monthly variance reports using various data sources, reports, and in-house databases.

    Prepare regular and special budget reports to interpret budget directives and to establish and/or execute processes for carrying out directives.


    Support financial management process:
    Analyzes financial information and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected financial position of selected projects/areas.
    Supports administration of the budget and actuals 'Solver' application.
    Designs, develops, and maintains various financial reports & summaries including LOB Reporting


    Coordinates, facilitates, and performs accounting analyses on operational and capital project spend to determine trends, forecasts, and significant changes, and prepares reports to explain and present findings to Controller and CFO.

    Lead for implementation of new financial processes, including but not limited to the following categories:
    Financial Modeling connected to companywide budget efforts and actuals reporting.
    Medicare Bid
    Cost Allocation Optimization
    Database/Tool Migration and Maintenance

    Perform audit tasks for the budgeting/cost allocation area.
    Oversight of other financial analyst in the budget/cost allocation area in regard to completion of duties and accuracy .
    Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.
