    About the Role

    • Provide individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation)
    • Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan and implement patient care

    Nursing Responsibilities:



    • The Registered Nurse is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients. Collaborates with other healthcare professionals including physicians, to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.  Demonstrates competency across various clinical settings, utilizing relevant age- and population-specific standards as designated by their assigned workplace.

    • Cares for patients throughout all stages of preventive care, health maintenance,­isease management
      and post-treatment follow-up
      to facilitate smooth transitions along the continuum of medical services offered at Sanford Health locations such as Bismarck Med Ctr..
