Business Analyst (Specialist) Intro

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst (Specialist) to join our US Gas Operations Learning and Competency team for a two year contract.

The role is designed to provide our operations workforce with training and learning opportunities that enable operational and safety excellence.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Business Analyst (Specialist) Job Details
As a Business Analyst (Specialist), your responsibilities will include:

Leading the development and maintenance of the yearly operations training schedule

Coordinating with training staff and operations stakeholders

Reporting learning program KPI's monthly

Developing processes to gather feedback on training quality

This position reports to the Manager, Learning and Competency and will be based at the Technical Training Center in Claysville, PA.

Business Analyst (Specialist) Mandatory Skills

The ideal candidate will have a relevant post-secondary education such as an associate degree or diploma, and 4+ years of coordination and/or administrative experience.

Excellent communication skills

are required for this role.

Business Analyst (Specialist) Desired Skills
The desired skills for this position include problem-solving, teamwork, and the ability to be accessible to all team members.

The candidate should be able to work effectively with minimal supervision and have experience in managing contractor cost and performance metrics.
