- The incumbent serves as a Program Analyst in the Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency (DCSA), Federal Investigative Records Enterprise (FIRE), and is assigned to the DCSA PS BI FIRE Directorate's, Front Office.
- The incumbent reports to the Administrative Officer, and is responsible for providing a variety of financial functions and special assignments relating to the policies and operations of the nationwide investigations program of the Department of Defense (DOD).
- Conducts studies, research and analysis of the DCSA investigations program and make recommendations on programs and procedures.
- Prepares responses for review by senior personnel to requests and inquiries on financial matters relating to the DCSA investigations program.
- Responsible for the coordination and interaction with DCSA staff and dealing directly with managers at authority and policy-influencing levels, as well as outside groups and/or agencies.
- Analyzes operational and financial data as well as researches and assists in developing financial requirements for DCSA FIRE.
- Reconciles financial data and other accounting systems' financial documents to ensure they are in balance

Duties This announcement is open to: All Current Department of Defense (DoD) employees who reside or are currently employed in the Boyers, PA local commuting area, which includes the Pennsylvania counties of Butler, Clarion, Armstrong, Allegheny, Beaver, Lawrence, Mercer, Crawford, Erie, Venango, and Clarion; Ohio counties of Trumbull, and Mahoning; and all cities existing in Pennsylvania or Ohio within the geographic area bounded by the outer boundaries of the combined areas of the aforementioned countiesAs a PROGRAM ANALYST you will be responsible for the following duties:
