Freelance Web Developer

We're a UK-based, strategy-led marketing agency working with B2B and professional services clients.

We manage brand, messaging, content and website direction for our clients, and we're looking for a reliable freelance web developer to support with ongoing website implementation across multiple accounts.

This isn't a one-off project. We're genuinely looking to build a long-term working relationship with someone we can trust.

What the work involves

Most work will be on Wix and Squarespace.

Day-to-day tasks will include implementing new pages from approved designs, updating existing pages, fixing formatting and layout issues, making small CSS tweaks, and handling mobile optimisation.

On the SEO side, you'll be configuring on-page settings, setting up meta titles, descriptions and URL structures, uploading blogs and structured content, ensuring correct heading hierarchy, and handling image compression and alt text.

Future projects may include WordPress builds.

We handle strategy, messaging and design direction. You focus on clean, accurate technical implementation.

What we're looking for

We need someone with strong hands-on experience in Wix and Squarespace, who is confident implementing from Figma files or design mockups and comfortable making CSS tweaks when needed.

A solid understanding of on-page SEO best practice is important, as is being detail-oriented, precise and a clear communicator. The ability to turn around small tasks quickly is essential.

We're not looking for someone to redesign or reinterpret. Reliability and consistency matter far more than flashy ideas.

How we work

Tasks will be briefed clearly, with Loom videos where helpful. Most work will be fixed-scope, with some ad hoc support required. We prefer fixed pricing per task or agreed hourly blocks.
