    We have an immediate opening for an
    ERP & IT TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR.

    Reporting to the ERP & Systems Manager, this position is primarily responsible for the support and maintenance of the ERP system (MS Dynamics Business Central/NAV), the integration of software applications and databases, coordination of projects and services and communications to meet district technology needs related to enterprise systems development and implementation.

    Also responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware and software.


    Required Duties & Responsibilities / ERP Support:


    • Works with ERP systems (Dynamics NAV/Business Central) users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup.
    • Assists with testing new releases of ERP systems prior to use in a production environment.
    • Understand business practices and procedures thoroughly in order to design, develop and maintain automated workflow processes.
    • Provides new and creative solutions using technology to make the data recording for the manufacturing process as easy and efficient as possible while maintaining information integrity and not affecting efficiency in the plant.
    • Communicates with management to ensure data accuracy, efficient operations and employee satisfaction.
    • Analyzes and troubleshoots ERP system issues reported by end users.
    • Train computer users.
    • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
    • Utilizes Jet Reports to create and maintain reports to support the different departments' processes.
    • Performs other core ERP duties as assigned / needed.

    As Needed Duties & Responsibilities / IT Support:


    • Provides technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware.
    • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
    • Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software, in addition to running diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
    • Install computer peripherals for users.
    • Ongoing IT project support.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:


    • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

    QUALIFICATIONS:


    • Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university preferred, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

    Computer skills required:
    Microsoft Office expertise required; technical experience/ knowledge required.


    • 2 years of Dynamics NAV/Business Central experience is required.
    • Project management experience preferred.
    • A motivated, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and prioritize is required.
    • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

    • Occasionally required to stand and walk.
